You may have seen the small fabric dolls made by hand in Guatemala and commonly known as Worry Dolls or Trouble Dolls. Legend has it that you tell your worries or troubles to the doll when you go to bed at night and by morning the doll has given you the knowledge to ease your worries. I think of these dolls as Spirit Dolls -- they are akin to to Worry Dolls, but their purpose will depend on what's most meaningful to you.
