This is how it all started...

Combing through the ephemera of multi-generational households unearthed a treasure trove of cups and saucers, both functional and decorative. I couldn’t use them all but they were too pretty or fun to throw away, so I decided to give them a job.

When starting to fill the cups with felt, the colors and designs on the outside informed what would be painted with fiber inside.

Vintage tea and chocolate sets, souvenir miniatures, cups of every shape and size now catch my eye and can catch your pins or jewelry.
